The Spandana Vidyavardhak Sangha has 02 acres land in the heart of Ilkal, providing a conducive environment for academic and extracurricular activities. The institution emphasizes holistic development, encouraging students to engage in sports, cultural events, and social initiatives alongside their academic pursuits.
The leadership of Spandana Vidyavardhak Sangha, comprises dedicated individuals committed to the institution’s growth and excellence. The current Chairman is Smt. Akkamahadevi Kowdi, who, along with other board members, oversees the strategic direction and administration of the Sangha’s various institutions.

History of the Institution:SpandanaPre – University Science College in Ilkal, Karnataka, was established in 2015. The college is recognised by Director, Pre – University Education, Bangalore This co-educational institution offers higher secondary education for classes 11 and 12.Focusing on science streams. Located in Ilkal Ward No.2, the college operates in an urban setting. The admission for the 11th std. In 2015 was 174. As of the latest available data, the college has an enrollment of 472 students, with 212 in class 11 and 260 in class 12, and is staffed by 16senior lecturers. The institution is equipped with facilities such as a library, laboratories, computer resources, and internet connectivity to support students’ academic pursuits. The college is started by lecturers and managed by the same lecturers.
